Terms of Service

Last updated: 9 June 2026

These Terms govern your use of cardlisting (“cardlisting”, “we”, “us”), a software subscription that gives trading-card sellers a link-in-bio storefront at cardlist.ing. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Who can use cardlisting

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for activity under your account.

2. What cardlisting is — and isn't

cardlisting is software, sold as a subscription. It hosts a public storefront where you list cards and link out to your own messaging channels (e.g. WhatsApp, Instagram). We are not a marketplace, payment processor, or escrow for card sales: we host no checkout, hold no funds, and arrange no shipping. Any card sale is solely between you and your buyer, off cardlisting. We do not take custody of cards or funds and are not a party to those transactions. The only payment we process is your subscription to the cardlisting software.

3. Your account

Accounts are created via Google sign-in. You choose a public handle and are responsible for keeping your account details accurate. We may suspend handles that infringe trademarks or impersonate others.

4. Subscriptions & billing

  • Paid plans are billed through our payment provider, Dodo Payments, which acts as Merchant of Record for the transaction.
  • Plans renew automatically (monthly or annually) until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings; access continues through the end of the paid period.
  • Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

  • No listing counterfeit, stolen, or otherwise illegal items.
  • No misrepresenting a card's grade, authenticity, or condition.
  • No abusing the AI card-scan or other automated features (e.g. scripted or excessive requests).
  • No attempting to breach security, scrape at scale, or disrupt the service.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the photos and listing details you upload. You grant us a licence to host and display them as needed to operate the service. You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of everything you publish; we host listings but do not verify them.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, cardlisting is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for disputes, losses, or damages arising from transactions between you and your buyers.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
